Very bad attention from the receptionist. I will not return

Love Dr. Figueredo! I absolutely hate everything about the dentist but she always make the visit less painful. She is very upfront and honest and doesn’t recommend things just for money. She takes the time to explain everything to you so that you understand what is going on and what is to be expected.

Her staff is by far one of the most professional staff, I’ve come across. Everyone has their duties and performs with exceptional diligence!

This is my first time at this location as I usually frequent her Hialeah office. I tried going to another dentist and it was the worse decision ever.

I will continue to come back here!

I had been to a previous dentist to quote a regular cleaning and “invisalign” options, but I wanted a second opinion. Luckily my wife found Healthy Smile where I met Dr. Maria Figueredo. Not only was a thorough cleaning, she gave me better options for my needs, The facilities were all new, But What surprise me the most was; Everything was at a better cost. Thanks

The WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever gone through in a dentist. The doctor saw me for only 2 minutes she DIDN’T EVEN CHECK MY TEETH. Just told me i had to come back when they get notified by my insurance if they can cover the cost. OK, fine I had to call them to ask if they’ve received the results. Nothing..2 weeks passed and STILL NOTHING(again I HAD TO CALL THEM). i asked to talk to the doctor and they said she was going to call back,but NEVER DID.,so i went to a much better place which is LOOP DENTAL HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don’t count on this place following up on you.,If i could put negative start

I have been with doctor Figueredo since 2011 and I have always had a great experience with her and her friendly staff. She’s very honest and straight forward, with your best interest at hand.
