I was attending this place during 6 months, and since day 1 there were problems with payments. Everything was confusing. I had to pay a screen fee (150usd) that supposedly any insurance covers.
My copay was zero but anyways they charged me for 3 sessions in a row because “just in case my insurance doesn’t pay them!” (I called my insurance and they confirmed me that my copay was zero and they already paid them).
After 3 month they returned me 2 sessions and kept one “just in case”. When I requested that money they charged me for a “no show fee” which was true and they told me that the charged was equivalent to a one session so they won’t return to me any money. I read their policy of payments and it said that if I have a “no show” they will charge HALF of a session, so of course I claimed my half money back and they accepted but weeks later they said that they won’t return that money because they found another “no show” which is FALSE!!!

Desde enero mi hijo estaba asistiendo aca, pero desde el primer dia tuve problemas con los pagos y todo fue confuso. Me decian q tenia copago lo cual no era asi porque mi seguro me confirmo que era cero. Cuando les comente eso me dijeron q me iban a cobrar un “screen fee” q ningun seguro cubre con lo cual yo estuve ok pero ademas me cobraron 3 sesiones de seguido por si el seguro no les pagaba a ellos y yo de buena fe acepte! lo cual no tuve que haberlo echo ya que eso es un tema del seguro con ellos (y el seguro no debe porque no pagar). Para que me devolviera el dinero pasaron 3 meses! y no fue completo, porque de todos modos se quedaron con una sesion, cuando la volvi a pedir me cobraron un “no show fee” lo cual era cierto (se me paso por completo asistir a esa sesion y no llame a cancelar) y por eso me cobraron el equivalente a una sesion! luego lei las politicas de pagos y dice que por “no show” ellos cobrarn MITAD de una sesion, entonces volvi a reclamar y aceptaron su error y cuando volvi a pedir lo que me tenian q devolver, casualmente encontraon otro “no show” lo cual NO es cierto!!!
Que frustacion como juegan con el dinero de uno y no les importa lo realmente importante! el cliente!!!
