The staff was very unprofessional and unwilling to work with us as customers. We waited for an hour just to talk to the manager. She refused to provide us with a copy of all the paperwork they wanted us to sign.

They have this $50 per every half an hour that you don’t show up. And a ridiculous cancellation policy.

One star cause I can’t give them “0”

They need nicer receptionists at the Hialeah office, who also understand the meaning of the word EMERGENCY….

The staff is so pleasant.i was nervous about oral surgery.they assured me that i was gonna be ok. I was able to have my breakfast as usual,and just speaking with them lessened my anxiety.other patients told me how i wont feel it.and its over before you realize it.i am so pleased with hialeah dental specialty.

One word – Amazing. Staff and Doctor are very professional and respectful. I was referred to this office for a wisdom teeth surgery and the doctor was very knowledgeable and made sure I was very informed. He explained everything thoroughly from pre-surgery instructions to different types of anesthesia to post-op instructions. He answered all my silly questions and was extremely patient with me. The staff was very kind and down to earth, always welcoming me with a smile. They have a payment plan available which made it affordable to have my procedure done. I felt very positive about the whole thing and I’m glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews on here & came to this office. I am now home and recovering perfectly with no issues!

Amazing experience. I hate going to the dentist but I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, they verified my insurance quickly, set up my appointment the next day, and Dr. Carlos was AMAZING. 5/5 if you want to be treated by an amazing doctor.
