Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area

Just OK to stay a night or two. I am not a big fan and I didn’t really like the cleanliness of room, especially the humidity inside, regardless of turned on AC. Pool is not maintained really and the best about this hotel is it’s convenient area where it sits in Doral. Don’t take me for granted, it’s not that bad but I prefer even Candlewood across the 87th with lower price or Intercontinental that is a bit pricier but 10 times better. They need to invest some money to refurbish this Holiday Inn.

I rarely give 1 star but this one is well deserved. First room i was assigned had mildew & filthy air filters. 2nd room had bugs in the wall. 3rd room had dead roaches. Save your money and do not waste it here. Management obviously doesn’t care about giving guests a great experience. But don’t take my word for it. Check out the photos I took. This is shameful. How could they still have their doors open???

This experience was horrible. No microwave in room. On the floor at end of hallway. Ice machine was nasty, let alone toliet barely flushed. Went to front desk alot of people was complaining. No other room to be moved to. 10 dollars for breakfast no thanks. I won’t be back this does not represent the holiday inn I usually use. Should have kept my reservation with staybridge next door. Im from Michigan they do not look like this. I’m a ihg member they will be hearing about this

Good place to stay near the airport. The rooms are clean, with good lighting and the AC works perfectly. The bathroom is big. The common areas are simple and nice. The breakfast has good variety just needed. The staff is also nice. Only bad thing is that the entrance from the street is difficult to find.

Appearance: this place looks good outside and inside. it is a little hard to find though because its behind the ale house.

Customer service: the customer service is alright. nothing out of this world but they get the job done.

Cleanliness: place looked clean to me I didn’t have any complaints.

Price: not to badly priced for the area.

Comments: this is a nice hotel to chill at . you have the ale house in walking distance, the pool area is nice with plenty of chairs and tables to sit at. This hotel even has a bar that is open till 9 with nice happy hour specials. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
