Loved staying here will definitely come back again, Luz was such a pleasure at the breakfast area. Always smiling and a great personality. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and housekeeping were always checking to make sure the room was clean and stocked. 😁 I recommend this location to anyone coming in town or for a staycation. Please recognize your staff for a job well done.

My sister and I have been staying at the hotel since 1st April 2020 and the service has been excellent. We are here because flights have stopped because of covid-19 and we are unable to return to our country. We must specially mention Lucy the chef and Nikki and Margaret at the front desk. They have all been wonderful. They are very friendly, professional and competent. Lucy’s meals are so tasty and creative, Nikki is attentive and helpful and Margaret is welcoming, versatile and fits into several roles. We applaud all of them and thank them for making us feel at home in this challenging time. This is now our second home. Whenever we return to Miami, we will stay here.

The suites were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the amenities met all my needs. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and the evening reception. Above all, the staff went out of their way to exceed my expectations with their superior customer service.

Pretty clean place. Love the hone suite rooms with fridge and sink. Always opt for this style room.

We stayed here and really loved it. Great breakfast and great staff, great location! Will definitely be back in 2020 when visiting Miami.
