Had an amazing stay. Entire staff was awesome. Great management and leadership at this property. Property was very clean. Stayed in room 608 Staff makes you feel very welcome and at home. Will definitely stay again.

Greatest people working here!! Called an Uber for me when I was in a rush to get to the airport and couldn’t wait for the shuttle, all with a smile and really trying to be helpful. As Is always my experience at Hyatt hotels. First time at the Hyatt place brand and this hotel was a little dated but not too much worse than I expected.

Great place. Seems like a decent neighborhood. Staff is excellent. They reflected the hospitality industry very well. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Close to the airport but no plane noise at night. Very nice breakfast. Not complicated but hot and well prepared. The long term parking option package is great value. I would definitely stay here again.

I rate my stay here a solid 3. The hotel is nothing special, but the customer service was great, rooms were clean, and breakfast was provided daily for free. Its a great place to stay for individuals on a budget. The rooms come with a mini fridge and a large living area which is definitely a plus. The location is close to the airport and about 30 minutes away from downtown Miami. So if you are visiting with a vehicle location is fine. There were a few cons, but none that were deal breakers. Honestly customer service here was really great. Such a simple thing that carries a lot of weight.
