Ideal Baby & Kids (Doral)

Very unhappy with the return policy. I had purchased a Guayabera for my son unfortunately we were unable to use it. I had gone back to the store the next day to return the shirt and get a refund since we do not have any other use for it. They refused to give a refund but only store credit which I have no use for. On the receipt didn’t specify a store credit .

BE CAREFUL! I purchased a crib with an attached changer and matching chest for my babies room. I paid the store to have their drivers deliver and build the crib. The crib doesn’t fit nicely in the room, it’s a little crowded so I called the store wondering if they had an exchange policy. The lady was SO rude with her words and lack of explanation. Honestly, this is the last thing a woman that’s nine months pregnant needs. Apparently this store doesn’t have an exchange policy, even if their own drivers built the crib and I called the SAME day. Honestly, they’ve lost a customer and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust this store.

The people at the shoe side do not know much about shoes. I inquired about some nice shoes and I looked at the mini melissa. I informed the guy that it’s for every day use. He stated that those sandals are for special events. I went to Nordstrom and they informed me that I can even wash it in the washer. I purchased the shoes there. I think the guy at la ideal goes by what the item cost instead what it can be used for. On a brighter note the store sells Mayoral dresses.

Talk about horrible customer service. We went in to see a crib set, the owners son agreed to include the changing pad in the price. Went back the day we said to pick it up and the sales associate was rude and combative. What kind of service is this. Especially arguing with a customer and a pregnant lady. That’s not cool. It had nothing to do with the cost but everything to do with principal. You dont treat customers this way. Especially not when we drove this car for a crib.

Amazing customer service and quality products. The employees really care about the store and their customers. The store manager helped me and wife personally and answered all our questions and even tried to get the warehouse opened for us on a Sunday. Great place! they have a customer for life.
