Ideal Rent a Car

They are super rude ,the customer service attend the phone over speaker , I asked if I can pick outside airport to avoid airport fee and she told me : the airport fee will be charged picking and any location including outside airport. Finally she drops the call…worst customer service that I never seen.
Be advised stay away from that people.

My online quote matched what I was charged.
This car rental place had the cheapest car rates for people in my age group. It included insurance, additional drivers for $6 daily, and the underage (under 25, over 21) was only $10 daily. The security deposit was only $100 and out of the $100 I received $84 back because of the tolls that are billed automatically when you ride through. They are located in the lobby of Hilton Garden Inn and I highly recommend them. There’s no funny business. You can Call and ask questions beforehand like I did or reserve online. My Compact car was only $268 for 4 days, this included my 2 additional drivers and underage fee. This was inexpensive because I split it evenly with all the passengers so with the deposit each person paid about $60 and honestly that was great because we avoided those surge charges. The Nissan Versa Note was a cool car for 5 passengers on a budget. They made my first time renting seamless.
