Our family is very happy with iLearn! Our 2.5 year old daughter has really enjoyed her time there and we noticed a difference in her skills almost immediately. All of the staff seem to enjoy their time with the kids and it always impresses me how each staff member knows each student by name. We would highly recommend iLearn Prep!

My daughter has been attending iLearn since she was 2 years old. Clean space, plenty of activities, outdoor space, how teachers help you when there is a doubt in our little humans.
I am so happy, and would give a 10 if the review allowed me. Thank you iLearn

My baby girl has been a student in iLearn since she was 3months now she is 2 1/2 and we love it. They are great. She comes home everyday with new words and games and songs. They have a great system, great communication skills and the class rooms are wonderfully organized and clean. I totally love it.

This review is long overdue but I gotta day I miss Ilearn Prep already! This has by far been the best daycare ever. My daughter attended for a little over a year and the experience was amazing . Not just for me as a parent, but for my daughter. My daughter has developmental delay among other things and they were so patient and caring . You can tell they love all the kids. The director is a wonderful human being. They do anything they can to help.

It’s been two months since I took my daughter out due to change of schedule and location at work, and I gotta say, it’s been tough another daycare this good. They are irreplaceable

I would like to start off by saying I don’t normally review places, but I felt so strongly about my experience with this daycare I couldn’t leave it alone. My experience was unfortunate and a very bad experience. My daughter attended this day care for two days and on the second day I was watching the camera and watched as my daughter was followed and bit repeatedly on her legs by another child for about 7 minutes with out anyone noticing what was going on. I understand toddlers at this age tend to bite and throw toys ect. The issues lies in what happened next. When I called to inform what I saw I asked for them to please go check on my daughter and search her for any bite marks and make sure she is ok. I received a call back a few minutes later and they told me they checked her and she had no bite marks she is perfectly fine and that she was not bitten and that I saw wrong in the camera. Then when I go that evening to pick up my daughter, again they explained to me after I called and expressed my concerns; They completely undressed my daughter. They informed me that they took off her leggings and her shirt and searched everywhere and she did not have any marks on her body. They provided me with a false sense of security, but I believed them and took my daughter home. When I got home and went to shower my daughter the first thing I saw was bite marks all down her legs, at least 4 still visible and not faint at all. If the proper checking of my daughter was done it would Definitely not be missed. I took pictures and sent it to them. They did not respond. I took it upon myself to give them another chance and took my daughter the next morning, but I was so distraught and did not feel safe with my daughter being there that I had her picked up by her grandmother only a few hours after I dropped her off. It was only then that they gave a courtesy call to me apologizing for the situation and told me they did not check her properly and only lifted up the bottom of my daughters leggings and did not see anything. (When they told me the day of the incident they completely undressed her and did an extensive search). As you can see my issue is not with my child being biten. My issue is with the lies of the staff and I feel it is appropriate for me to tell my story and experience. Given the circumstances that we went through I was hoping the facility would at least have the heart to provide me with a refund for only the registration and material fees I paid which was $550.00 because I was not taking my daughter out of the daycare just because I felt like it, but because of the errors committed by the daycare and my daughter only attending two days, but they have refused and stated it is non-refundable and that they can provide me with a credit to my account to keep my daughter going to the daycare. Which is not acceptable because I do not feel safe having my daughter attend this daycare after the experience we had in only two days. I am not writing to keep any parent from putting their child in this daycare. I am writing to share my experience and have my voice heard.

*** I would like to add the fact I was deceived; Before registering my daughter I was told camera access was full access log in when ever I wanted to, after registering my daughter is when I found out on my own after being locked out of the camera that it is only 10 log ins per day 10 minutes each. I would also like to inform that during the time of the incident mentioned above, there was only one teacher actively watching approximately 14 kids by herself. Their excuse was the other teacher was changing diapers which is still not enough teachers especially if the only other teacher is busy changing diapers and can not watch the children. Upon research for this age group it is 3-6 toddlers per teacher actively watching them.***
