Absolutely love Imagen & Estilo. I have been going here since they opened and every time I go I receive excellent customer service not only from Gisseth but from everyone. The ladies and gentlemen that work here are very polite and so welcoming. I love that they treat each other like family as well as their clients. I recommend this place to anyone that wants great customer service and excellent quality mani/pedi.

I Love but love Lucelly, she have been doing my nails for awhile ( A long time) and honestly every time she does them I admire her more, she has a unique creativity that would make you fall in love with her marvelous work. Norita & Maylin will take care of your hair like no one else ask for opinions and they will be sincere. The salon itself has a atmosphere, the employees are super nice, always making sure that you’re comfortable & that you don’t need anything from cafecito to red or white wine and you might be lucky and have the best Mimosa you can dream off made with love. One thing for sure is that I won’t change them for anyone as long I live in Miami they will be my #1 favorite, peaceful place to pamper myself.

Norita is a very nice lady. I was always happy with my hair but the prices now are “unreasonable”.
I consider the increase is very high. I only got my hair trimmed and blow dry (my length is medium). “Nothing special”. I walked out paying $80.00 giving them $10.00 tip
And i sat for over 1/2 hr waiting before they actually began with my hair.
Sad, because I have been going to her for many years but I guess things are different now with her new salon.
