IMC Health Medical Centers – Flagler East

I been going there for a couple of years now. I went today because I have the flu and i’m coughing out blood. wanted some medicine to feel better. I didn’t had a appointment there was barely any people there waiting. They didn’t want to see me and told me to go the hospital. I’m done wit this place

If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD. Unfortunately, I’ve been with this clinic for 2 years as I cannot change anytime soon but my god is this place terrible, it doesn’t even matter if you have an appointment or not, the wait time is insane, the girls in the front are always very amicable but the way the clinic functions as a whole is so unprofessional. They never answer the phone, it is nearly impossible to get a referral from them. Please save your time and at least go to a different location.

This is a horrible medical center! Stay away if you have options! Employees, administrative and nurses, have NO customer service skills and the wait time is absurd. The only reason I continue coming here is because of Dr. Belkis Quinones whom is amazing. But to top it off, in 2019, they only want cash payments, sound fishy to me. STAY AWAY!
