I purchased a imusa pressure cooker on January 2, 2020. that was missing the pressure valve. I can called & e-mailed all the information they asked for. They said they never got my e-mail. Someone was supposed to e-mail me back nothing. Its February 1, 2020 and still have no response. This place has the worst customer service

Called them to request replacement screws for panini maker I got as a gift from my brother a year ago. I was told by Daniella that although the manufacturer didn’t provide them with replacement screws, they would replace the unit with a new one as that model had some issues with the screws in the past. I was very impressed with how Daniella handled our request for parts and it was a real pleasure dealing with her. Many thanks to IMUSA, and especially to Daniella for the excellent service provided.

I can’t stand the stickers companies like yours put on their products. They never come off easy or clean.
