InterContinental at Doral Miami

My wife and I stayed 2 nights for Valentines Day and enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel. Top notch facilities!

The hotel was nice. Receptionist are nice. The bed is too soft. I ordered food to go pick up. A supervisor or manager took the order and told me it will be ready in 15 minutes I went to pick it up in 30mnts and they have no idea what I was talking about. Finally the person that took my order came and I waited 33 minutes more for a chicken wings. And then I wad charged 15%service fee for something I waited four over an hour. I picked up my order shop o don’t have to pay service fee. Very an ethical..

It has a good location. Easy to find. I just went to a company party so I can’t review the actual hotel services.

Very nice hotel with an ambitious friendly staff. The ambiance is welcoming and amenities are wonderful. Great place to stay in the Doral area and close to many varieties of food and shopping.
