ISHOES STORE AT MIAMI INTERNATIONAL MALL, PICCADILLY AND BEIRA RIO SHOES

I went to return a pair of shoes because they were too tight…the manager GLORIA was extremely rude saying that the shoes were worn …which was NOT true. I asked to speak to someone that could help and she refused . It is a pity that people like this person who does NOT know anything about Customer service be in charge of this store. I will make sure not to recommend this store at this particular mall that has such rude Staff.

These are the first dress shoes I have been able to wear all day long at work, without my feet hurting.

Highest quality shoes joined to highest quality attention. I thank to Gloria all her patience and help she gave me.I’ll be back soon.
