Istueta Roofing

was surprised to learn I would be charged for the estimate. why would I pay 100.00 for an estimate anyone else will do free? mine is a 30,000 job of repairs. gyess they dont want the work

we had a great experience in all regards. quite frankly their estimate was the highest we received BUT we took a chance since based on our conversations with the sales person it appeared that the work would be performed to a higher standard.
That proved to be true. The roof is outstanding (according to the county inspector) who also told me that in 25 years he has never heard of a single complaint about Istueta.
The project manager was in constant text and phone contact with us throughout.
They adapted and and took care of some “surprises” uncovered during the job once the old roof was removed and did so at no additional cost.
Last, although they would not “commit” to finishing by Thanksgiving they did so nonetheless

Istueta is the best and we recommended them to a friend who manages a six story condominium on MIami Beach. She immediately hired them and called to thank us after spending an hour with the sales person.

These guys are awesome. Got a next day appointment. The guys were very friendly and did an amazing job mounting my tv and hiding all of my wires in the wall! Highly recommended.
