Horrible company!!! Very improfesional they dont know what they are doing nor saying!!! People dont go to this company if you need supplies because you will never get. Horrible super disappointed omg

This company has a quick response. When my daughter’s portable oxygen concentrator malfunctioned they had a delivery guy here in a matter of hours. Highly recommended

Really wonderful to deal with! Compassionate and understanding, quick to respond. Provided me with the equipment I needed in a timely manner plus owner provided me at their expense, a couple packs of rechargeable batteries and a charger (for the small portable monitor) delivered himself. We had a bump in the road in the beginning but its been great overall and some of that was my own miscommunication. I am slowly switching all our supplies to JCR. The office staff has been patient and understanding also and even called to make sure each time that we received our supplies.

Other than the initial visit when they brought out the equipment they have been horrible to deal with. Anytime I called them and they say they will have someone return the call they never do, they have horrible customer service.
They were supposed to come out to fix equipment and they said they would be out one or the other particular day and I called them to see what the status was and told that the technician would return my call and never returned my call and has never come out. unfortunately I have to deal with this company because it is the one that the insurance company has picked out, if it was up to me I would not be with this company.
