I walked in one person was getting a cut. I sat down, female barber said hello, and I waited for 30 minutes. After she was done, a guy walks in and sits down. I said “I was next”, her response “ Appointments Only Barbershop”. I said “ unprofessional for you to let me sit there for 30 minutes and not say a word”. Terrible customer service, and unprofessional. If you value your time stay away.
