J&M has been in business for over 30 years and we are not perfect but we do our very best to provide good customer service. Some clients even though you help them as much as you can, because the control it’s not in the management hands but the board of directors, they are not satisfied with anything you do. I have been blessed to have worked for J&M for over 20 years and I’m proud to be their employee. We are honest, reliable and that’s hard to find in most companies..

I have owned a property at Corners of Kendall Lakes for over 33 years and J & M Condo Management has BY FAR exceed the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. OVER 8 months to even get an appointment to look at a significant roof leak which has caused extensive interior damage. Furthermore, Liset Santana who represents my community would not even have the decency to come on the phone and hid behind the poor receptionist who did not what to say.

How this company is still in business is a MIRACLE to me. Do to their disgusting disregard, they have forced me to stop making maintenance payments (after 33 years of prompt payments) and hire an attorney in order to get their attention.

If you are looking for a management company…PLEASE hire ANYONE but this company…There is NO WAY you could do worse !!!!!

Our Association has been with J&M for over 5 years now for our 17 unit building on South Beach. We have been very happy with them, both on their accounting and collections of dues but also for condo management for the meetings, notices, etc. Highly Recommend!

This company took over our condominium maintenance company, without a previous notice. The maintenance service fee was increased and now they have every one”s records all missed up. They need to correct their records before they send warning letters of sending the owner to collections when the letter has the owners name with somebody else’s address. Who are you really trying to contact? That is really missed up! That is so unprofessional!
Please correct your records ASAP! before your company gets sued!
