Made an appointment for 2 pm. When I got here there was someone getting pictures of their baby that lasted til 2:15. Then they took another lady with another baby in for pictures before finally getting me in at 2:50. What is the point of making an appointment when anyone and their mother gets service before you?

Had an appointment at a certain time and got seen an hour late. They made up for it by giving us a discount. I still rather pay someone outside of a studio for better more natural results but this time it couldn’t happen.

Wow. They are very understaffed …. I feel kind of bad for the people tht actually work there because they are tight !

Under staffed and very unprofessional. Appointments are always running late. If you can find an affordable alternative do it.
