While I have had a great experience contacting Allstate Customer Service. The same can not be said for this agent’s office. They do not respond to voicemails or return any phone calls. When you do get a hold of someone they are very brusque and rude. I have even requested a call back from Mr Alvarez directly both via phone and email and have never received a call to discuss my displeasure. I was assigned him when I became an Allstate customer and I have since requested a new agent.

All State is good auto insurance company. This agent is totally negligent and irresponsible.
