Just One Look Eyewear

Bought a pair of Pradas at this location and about a month after purchase one of the small rubber pieces fell off the glasses. Came back to have it replaced and they informed me that it was $10. Did not try to offer me any kind of warranty replacement. $10 just lost them a customer for life!!
