Don’t even waste your time with these people, unless you’re buying something in the moment they don’t even try to assist you. I’ve been waiting on a necklace for about a month now and have constantly had to be checking up with them, no one ever calls me, super unprofessional and unorganized. Called today to see where my necklace was and they hadn’t even placed the order so they had to it all over again. So another month to wait on a necklace with a name plate lol. Super ridiculous, never again.

I bought white gold earrings and necklace set along with the warranty. When I came back to clean the set and fix the chain, the salesman decided that it would be best to switch out the chain since I have warranty and the product could have been damaged. He changed it to a silver chain! Upset is an understatement. How am I going to pay for a product and also pay for warranty to then get another product with lesser value in return?! The white gold chain is supposed to have 10k on it while this one has 925 which means it’s 92.5% silver. Definitely going back to exchange the chain.

My boyfriend bought me what I thought was a beautiful heart necklace with an infinity sign inside of it. Not even two weeks after receiving it, while I was wearing the necklace the chain broke. I was just sitting down, and it broke. We went back, and they replaced it. ( it took quiet a few weeks, they couldn’t even find the necklace in their system ) Now, again as I’m wearing the NEW necklace it broke again. The chain is so thin, it apparently just keeps breaking. Might I add, it’s not like the necklace is being pulled on or I am doing any extreme work. Both times I have simply been sitting down. Never again will I give my business to this store.

I had the most positive experience with Eduardo while buying an engagement ring. Great service and I’m looking forward to purchasing our wedding bands with him soon! I highly recommend.
