My wife and I stayed at the Days Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach while our condo was being tented. We live 8 miles away in Miami Shores. Before I retired I had a design/build company. I get up early, before 5 everyday, the HJ Foundation crew arrived at 6:30 AM and everyone from the guys doing the rebar, the backhoes, the big cranes to the guys cleaning the equipment were working at 7 sharp. The foreman on the rebar (pier) noticed me on my balcony and nodded, I gave him a double thumbs up. He liked that! I am absolutely impressed with every aspect of the crew, the equipment the job they all were working on even the stretching at 6:55 Before they began a long hard day in the hot sun. When I ran my own company we got to the jobsite at 6:30 got things setup and were ready to go by 7. Everyone knew what their job was before they clocked in at 7. That’s the way to run a good job!
