KW Property Management & Consulting

Poor management. Does not follow Florida law. Its very disappointing to pay to live in a luxury building only to have management drop the ball at every opportunity. Terrible. Rude. Incompetent.

I have lived in Brickell Heights for the last two years and KW Property manages it. It is definitely the worst property management office ever!!! DO NOT rent or buy in this building if it is still run by KW property management and consulting. Osvaldo has been the worst administrative assistant I have ever dealt with! They will never help you and will make your move in/move out and daily life impossible! Also, elevators and AC constantly brake down!

My boyfriend works for KW Property Management. He’s miserable but stuck until he finds another job. Look carefully at the most recent positive reviews. At a recent monthly managers which they have every month, they asked all of the employees to go to google and post positive reviews because of their terrible rating! Amazing to have to ask your own employees to do this and many of them do it against their own will. Even their upper management district managers and so many property managers are posting these reviews as my boyfriend knows all of these names. And I feel bad for the ones that do not post good reviews because they’ll certainly have a target on their back. This company has terrible reviews from the people that matter being clients and disgruntled employees. Now they’re trying to balance out these bad reviews by their own employees posting positive 5 stars. Absolutely un-ethical and sad that they have to do this. STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!

I’ve been fortunate enough to work with this GREAT company for over 12 years. The staff and managers are the best in the industry. I am extremely thankful to be part of this amazing team.

Support goes both ways, they have supported and believed in me, and I have reciprocated the support to the company. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some amazing people and have lead teams to reach goals I never thought possible. I’m thankful to have had this experience in my life and hope to be around many more years!
