La Rosa Del Monte Worldwide Movers

I am mostly satisfied with their service. I shipped a car and 6 boxes. The car arrived perfectly. A week later I got a call that the boxes had arrived. I went to pick them up and concentrated on getting them accommodated in my car with the warehouse personnel. I did notice that one of the boxes was torn at a top corner but I didn’t give it much thought then. They gave me the bill to sign as received, which I did. I later realized that some of the things I had shipped were missing and when I looked at my paperwork again I noticed that one 6 cu ft box was missing. I called them right away at the Miami office and was told to email them with all my info which I did. The only response I got was that I had signed for the boxes as received and they basically denied any further help on the subject. I also emailed the agent that had worked with me shipping everything in Puerto Rico to see if she could help but not a single response.. I was basically satisfied with the service EXCEPT for how they dealt with this missing box. The car and the rest of the boxes arrived well but I still can not understand how a box disappears just like that and they won’t even try to help a customer. This attitude does not show any appreciation for customers.

ZERO STARS! This is is the worst moving company ever! I don’t usually write reviews but please trust me on this one. You wont regret it. Not only did it take them 4 months to move my mother’s stuff from NY to FL but they were full of a lot of BS excuses and lies and ending up breaking our TV and stealing her brand new computer. We are still going back and forth with them since July to get them to replace it. This is the worst decision we have ever made. AVOID this company like the plague.

My worst decision was to use this company, the articles that were not lost, arrived in bad condition. For the move it was a disaster they employed inexperienced people and they sent them very late thing that the day of the move ended at midnight, and likewise for the delivery they took 3 days. I do not recommend this company, it is better to pay a little more but use a real company

Rosa Del Monte is AMAZING. We’ve moved multiple times across the US and of all the moving experiences they were absolutely the best. We’ve used them twice already and will continue to use them again. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful, from getting an in person quote (very very reasonable pricing) to the actual movers (For pickup) and delivery. Due to heavy heavy rain in Miami we/they had to delay the pickup by 1 day but it was understandable and completely not their problem. The lesson: buffer your move in case there are some unforeseen weather or other circumstances that could delay the move. They were so so good. I would highly recommend them. We also insured almost everything and everything came back in perfect condition- except for what we poorly packed ourselves (dishes) and there was a razor cut in the sofa but I honestly think that could have been from me because I was helpfung unpack and they seemed a lot more careful and patient than me. Highly recommend. I worked with Gustavo in Miami to get a quote and he was SO SO NICE! Ask for him if you’re in Miami!

They moved me and my aunt and were very patient and kind. They took the time to listen how we wanted things done. Everyone helped, very warm and friendly. The move was a true success. Thank you very much La Rosa Del Monte. Office people kind, manager friendly and welcoming makes the moving process easier. The moving crew true professionals.Definitely recommend them.😊👍
