Do the job at a fair cost.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE. I brought a 160$ jacket here (I don’t know why that was a good idea) and all the black on it was faded and the stains weren’t removed. When I brought up the issue there was no solution and I was not refunded or anything. I will never trust these people with my clothes again.

I honestly don’t think it’s fair to give a business 1 star just because they didn’t give you a price over the phone, but whatever. I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for a long time and they take care of me and my whole family. It is a small business and the lady that owns it is very nice. They have never ever lost or misplaced my clothing. If I’m not happy with how something is ironed, they re-do it and don’t give me a hard time. Every time I need something dry cleaned at the last minute they always accommodate me and have my clothinng on time. I’ve taken clothes for alterations and have had good experiences. I ripped a pair of expensive pants once on the inner thigh seam and the seamstress was able to fix it. I thought I was going to have to throw the pants away because the tear was far from the seam. It was an Easter miracle. I recently left a few pairs of pants and a gown for alterations. This place isn’t fancy but the ladies are nice, very organized and they get the job done.
