The worst experience and bad customer service ever.
They sold me a flower arrangement and 2 days later the flowers were dead. Called to complain the owner was not in at that time and they called me back to take the flowers arrangement. Took it back and the Owner Carmen told me she would make an exception but not to expect that a flower arrangement would last so more than 2 days
She argued with me in front of other customers and told me not to buy other flower arrangements in the future since they didn’t last more than a couple of days.
After reminding her that the customer is always right and that if you want them to return, you need to give good service, sell good quality & definitely not argue with a customer.
What a coincidence that someone else had returned their flower arrangement as well, since flowers died and were old as well.
Do not recommend that you buy flowers from this business and Owners have a very bad attitude with the customers.

Do not recommend this place to no one, they will not make arrangements to your liking, they force their pre made arrangements for sale. To boot they refuse to deliver. Very expensive and really bad customer service.
