LAUNCH Trampoline Park

I’ve been to this park multiple times and each and every time we are greeted by the wonderful employees they have. The customer service is exceptional. I always take my little sister and she loves it we are already known customers to the wonderful manager she has been so amazing to us she always helps in any way she can. Totally recommend Launch Doral you will not be disappointed. You go in with a smile and leave with a bigger one!

Best place to take your kids jumping and having fun! Very safe and the parents can relax while the kids have an awesome time. Alex was AMAZING!! He’s very sweet and attentive with the kids, has a great personality and is very responsible. He’s great at his job and it was a pleasure meeting him. We’ll definitely be back very very soon and hope we run into Alex again.

Went there on a sunday evening, my kids had a blast!! The place was large , the staff was friendly and interacted in a positive way with them, the children are 4 and 6 by the way. Price is reasonable, and they just jumped and jumped to their hearts content. Later, we had credit and they played the arcade games. 5 dollars worth allowed them 5 games, very nice!! We enjoyed ourselves and I recommend this trampoline park.

This place is huge! They have plenty of room for a lot of people. Great place to spend a couple of hours with your kids. Great place for a birthday party. They have food, drinks, ice cream, and more. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The place was clean, and there’s plenty of parking. The staff credited my game card when 2 of the arcade machines were not working properly. I will definitely take my daughter back.

Great place for exercising the kids out and having fun with the family the only reason why they are getting 4 stars is because their jumping area is extremely small compared to other jumping companies and for that their prices should be cheaper. So i felt a little ripped off when on their website they advertise something a bit bigger. Other then that it’s great. They have a virtual reality experience and an arcade area as well as the upstairs is a whole sitting area for parents. They DO NOT have a toddler area. They HAVE a toddler time. Big difference.
