I left one start because there is no other option but what a hassle with these ladies! Be aware of fake vouchers they won’t commit to it because it’s just for marketing. I rather pay and deal with real professionals.

Update: look at her replying now instead of committing to proviting a great customer service! As a business owner you need to Learn that customers always comes first. Even if my friend gave me a voucher that was paid for! It doesn’t make me less of a customer. I will never recommend this place! And again IT WAS PAID FOF AND YOU NOW KEPY THE MONEY!!!

I bought a groupon for eyelash extensions 2 years ago- I’ve been going back to here every 2-3 weeks since. Her customer service is beyond phenomenal she truly acts like a human that cares. Yes, she is VERY busy but that shows you the type of service she provides. If you’re trying to book with her keep in mind this is not your regular technician she is in high demand for a reason but her attitude couldn’t be more humble. I’ve seen her bend backwards for her clients. Not to mention how gorgeous the eyelashes look afterwards, so if you’re mad because you bought a “Groupon” and couldn’t get an appointment don’t give her a bad review when you didn’t even give her a chance. This is a legitimate location with amazing vibes- if you’re going in expecting to be treated like royalty

Worst experience ever. I brought a voucher from groupon for this place. And it said i had to make a appointment. So i called the number 3 times! And no one answered. So i walked in and the lady told me they were booked for the day and i had to make a appointment next week! But I’m asking her how do i make a appintment if no one answers the phone! She barely spoke English 😒. A waste of time money and gas. Don’t Evan bother.

For our five year anniversary we decided to pamper ourselves. We found this location online and were very pleased with our experience. The owner of the spa is extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff was amazing and very professional. We left feeling like a million bucks…
