I think my visits wit Lens crafter was very good. And very professional !!

First of all, I have to say that there is 2 LOCATIONS at the International Mall with the same name. You guys, go to the one INSIDE MACYS. These people are so friendly and nice. I went to this location first because I thought it was there my appointment and the 2 girls at the front desk were so unfriendly. After they looked for me in the system they said I had the appointment at the other place and I was so GLAD!!!!

Terrible service, I have been coming here for years and this new year I am switching. Front desk has zero customer service skill , they also messed up with my insurance information, therefore I could not renew my contact lenses prescription, I suggest you look for a different doctor.

1.THEY PROMISE THE MOON AND THE STARS.
2.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
3.THE ORDERS ARE NEVER IN TIME,
NO EXPLANATION IT IS NEVER THEIR MISTAKE.
4.STAFF MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT CUSTOMERS PRIVATE SITUATIONS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS.
5. A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
VIOLATING CUSTOMERS PRIVACY.

I’ve com here recently twice and its been amazing service, I shopped and when I was done Maria was available to help me, my glasses were done same day. Im not really sure what these bad reviews are about, I walked in this past Friday w some old frames and again Maria was there available to help me, she took the time to check the lenses I wanted and put in my order, had my glasses in 2 hours ready for my trip! Also, I’ve come to Dr. Casas several times since 2015 and the service is great as well, Dr. Jemenez got me seeing 20/20 on my last visit and its been great! I definitely reccomend this place but dont expect because its in the mall you are entitled to immediate help, make an appointment and you should be good!
