Great service! The person who attended me is Maria Jose was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and the service was great.

Going to the ophthalmologist is already a taxing experience with all the horrendous things one has to endure in order to be able to see properly. But this place takes it to the next level apart from being super expensive and lacking in many styles, today when I went to pick up my order they had switched my frames and my prescription. Then the staff had the unmitigated gall to tell me that I would have to wait one more week so that I can get my new glasses. The best part was that the staff did not even have the common courtesy to apologize and compensate for this inconvenience. I would recommend going anywhere first before you even dare to seek these people’s services.

Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. You will get treated better at Walmart or the Dollar store.

All the staff was very kind, the person who did my pre-test was really nice and patient. Dr. Maria an amazing professional, who gave all the information I need, answer all my questions and recommended me the appropriate contacts. Milagros, also very nice and attentive.
