I’ve visited this place about four times and have a blast every time learning to disassemble parts of the car that I need to fix or finding the parts I need. You pay a $3 entrance fee and take your own tools to get the job done. Their website is great for finding out if they have the cars you need but unfortunately they can’t tell you if a specific part is available on that car. I even registered on their website and they give you coupons as well as email you if cars that you have selected in your garage arrive. I’ve never had a problem returning an item.

I went there today expecting to find a part I need. The lady at the door was very unprofessional and screamed at us and even gave us attitude. First she says “Don’t come in yet, and I need to see the money in hand for you to come in.” Then I simply ask if by any chance they had the car I was looking for and she said “I don’t know, once you pay me you can find out.” Keep in mind this was all with attitude. I ended up giving up and left. I will simply take my business elsewhere because they don’t need mines. I will be calling corporate and complaining as well. Thank you for this.

What are all these people talking about??? I drive a 2008 Sebring convertible I can’t find parts for this car. On EBay, Amazon or even at Chrysler the parts are very expensive.
When I call junk yards they are super expensive.
So what if the place is full of water!
So what if there’s mosquitos! Get a life! Get a grip! Toughen up! I mean come on! Go somewhere else!
I’ve been here 4 times! So I’d say my review is noteable.
I don’t speak Spanish and I can hardly communicate with anyone here but I manage. I’m not getting ripped off at all.
I bought a front door side panel, a visor, side view mirror, and headlight, and a rear view mirror all for $60.00.
I even made a few friends and had some lunch from the lunch van outside.
The only thing I never tried was the portable potty’s outside.
I would warn you though to stay away from cars that say Biohazard on any of the windows because they may have blood inside the vehicle. I did stumble on one such vehicle. Even that did not deter me from my overall mission of getting the part I wanted.
Be aware of the one month return policy with receipt. I recently tried to return something and missed the date. The owner was nice enough to let me exchange it for something else though.
The only thing I found expensive was the freelancing mechanics who are like vultures conveniently located right at the entrance waiting for you when you enter – with all their tools ready to assist you in taking out the parts with their tools. Their assistance is expensive.
If you’re wondering what tools to take I’d suggest an Allen key, a hammer, a screw driver a flat head and a spammer (I may not have named that tool correctly).
Or just use a pair of forceps, tweezers and the heels of your stilettos like I did.
Who cares… at the end of the day I got the parts I wanted …

Good place to get cheap and good parts, but the floor don’t have drainages and in rain season you have pools everywhere.
