Loop dental is amazing! I have gone here for years. The staff is friendly and they make you feel at home. Everything they do is pain-free along with explaining everything to you before hand. Dr. Alexandra Botero and her assistant are very professional and do a great job. She is a perfectionist in her field and she always insures that a procedure is done exactly right. I know it doesn’t come any better than that!

I love going to this place. The customer services is exceptional. However, the only reason for why I am not giving 5 stars is because my doctor used, without ask, a product that costed me $40. I think doctors should always ask first is the customer is willing to pay any extras. Communication it’s important
