The staff is awesome, the best doctors office in all of Miami!

Safe yourself the headache, just dealing with the “staff” (Janet and Maite) is a nightmare, not to mention you have to pay for parking and the traffic around the location is dangerous.

No doubt Dr. Luis Lugo provides quality care to their patients but his staff is the most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with, sarcastic, they refuse to speak to you or if is on English rudely change the language to Spanish to at the end not even help which is their “purpose”.

Very sad with how this office is manage his patients and looking forward to move my love ones out of here.

You should do the same….

If there was a lower rating I would select that, my dad’s care is on the hands of this doctor which so far has been good, however the staff working at this office (Janet / Maite) are completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and sarcastic.

They have no empathy with the patients and /or family members of the patient, and quite honestly I am surprise they have contact with public at all.

Health is not a luxury is a need, and when our love ones have the need we need all the support we can get to provide quality of life.

I’m lucky to still have my dad but this people will not look for your best interest or help you and support you through the care and/or day to day needs to fullfill quality of life.

My advice is that if your love ones are going through a serious life change don’t go to this office, you’ll find yourself out of options and they most likely be the ones pushing your limits to the point of questioning why you even bother to bring your family member for care here.

Office always clean and staff are friendly and bilingual. Unfortunately I’ve never seen the actual doctor, always the nurse practitioner. Been a patient for about a year. She’s good just kinda wish they’d schedule me with the doctor. But not complaining. I still receive quality care. And be ready to pay for parking as they don’t validate.

Dr. Lugo is an exceptional Doctor dedicated to his patients. He is a very kind person and will take time to explain in detail all your health issues.
