Macy’s

Great store, and there was awesome deals as well, and the retail sales clerks were awesome too..so as soon as I saw my jacket I said to myself, ill be back here again.

Customer service at this Macy’s is horrible. One of my experiences here:
I went to buy some MK shoes with some glitter and they had them with out the glitter. The lady told me in a really bad tone, go to the dollar store and buy the glitter and glue them, this is some ugly shoe anyways.

Traffic was bad !! but Macy’s makes everything better. Love everything about Macy’s when you walk in the door the smell is just Devine.

Just like every Macy’s, it can be on the pricy side. But, you can find a lot of deals and nice, special brands. The only downside is that the layout of the store is a bit difficult and it can be a bit hectic at this location.

Normal department store experience. Nothing different. Definitely enough staff to cover the crowd. Easy to purchase quality products. Prices are: you get what you pay for. There was staff handing out fragrance samples (spray on the paper). The staff was polite and helped me at the right moment when I needed it.
