If you want to be treated rudely and as if you’re a bother by the stylist this is it. Never have I been treated to poorly I felt like it was my fault the stylist was working on the weekend. She was unprofessional and not once said a word to me i had to ask her to put conditioner on my hair all she did was shampoo it clearly that will leave your hair unmanageable and on top of that did a horrible job with a simple blow dry because she had no interest to do my hair and wanted to rush doing it. The manager did step in and defused the situation but the fact of the mater is his staff has no interest in doing your hair and prefer to rush and if you say something get ready for an attitude. Sincerely I was not impressed with this salon i was hoping to find a great Dominican hair salon close to home shame on me i should have known better the moment she did not have the decency to greet me nor ask how i wanted my hair done i should have just walked out and taken my money somewhere else.

I absolutely love this place! The owner Madeline is amazing. I’ve been going to the salon for three years and every time I leave I got nothing but compliments. I highly Recommend this place. If you’re looking for quality work in a great environment where people are friendly this is place is amazing! I’d rather let my roots grow out then do my hair with any other Hairstylist

I had been a client of this salon for a couple year now i go every here and there for cuts, dye, etc.. I made an appointment at 3pm for a simple hair cut with one of the ladies there. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was told to sit. 30 minutes go by and the lady i was scheduled with was still with a client. When I complained to the store owner I told her that i had an appointment and had been waiting for 30 minutes already, she sent me to wash my hair and the red head lady in the back, that also does not stop talking, took 3 clients before me after i told her i was waiting. I only waited because i noticed the clients that went before me had dye in their hair. 20 more minutes pass and I noticed i had been there for a whole hour AFTER having an appointment scheduled. They’re uncoordinated and did not care to make things right after making me wait. A client that was waiting with me was also complaining because they made her wait a long time after making an appointment. These people will have you waiting all day for something as simple as a haircut. I ended up leaving and happily going else where. I will no longer be going or recommending this salon to anyone. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
