Very poor etiquacy. They do not negotiate, speak very little words, almost as if they don’t want you there, and all cars are sold as is. I was told I can bring a mechanic, but then was told I couldn’t hook up my own computer to diagnose the issue of the check engine light being on. Obviously, selling cars is not their main interest. If you are interested in a car from this place, make sure you see it in person and drive the vehicle for more than 1 mile. Some engine codes can be cleared, but will duplicate the issue within a few miles. Also, they dont finance as stated on their CAR GURU page. Bank financing only

Completely not what I expected!!! I live in the Caribbean and saw a vehicle they had listed for sale online. I called them and spoke to the manager about the vehicle. Since I had no way of getting there to see the vehicle I explained where I live and that it would need to be exported. I asked him to please tell me if there were any problems with vehicle running and to please tell of any issues. He explained it’s an older vehicle and probably needs some body work but that it runs great. When I received the vehicle on island I had TWO completely shredded flat tires within the first 10 miles. They were dry rotted. The wiring of the headlights, taillights, turn signals, and horn have a short in them and do work. This is what I found in the first hour of picking it up. When communicating with the manager prior to it being shipped I at one point said to forget the deal and to refund my money. The manager proceeded to hang up on me. I call that BAD customer service. Never again!!!
