I still waiting on my box that I send in December 2018 unbelievable they don’t care about the problem to be solve I think everyone involved in this problem should file a law sue to them we should unite forces and shows invoice to a lawyer no more excuses

This is very frustrating, since December 13th 2018, I sent an express via air package of over the counter medication to my 74 years old mother and my disabled sister, for the value of $350.00, as of today September 25th they have not delivered the package to my family, all this time they been giving poor excuses saying that this dated shipment was retained by customs in Honduras since they found illegal merchandise and it’s been under investigation, that they had lawyers involved in order to release all the deliveries, many times my family call them asking for the package and they don’t even answer the phones, in Miami I have called their office and been told that Mahomi in Honduras are responsible not them at which I replied I paid and sent it thru Miami, a few times the individuals answered the phone in Miami in a very rude manner, I got to the point of sending an email to Mahomi Cargo owner in Miami name Cinthya since March 1st 2019 and this person did not even had showed any concerns by replying back to me, few days ago Mahomi in Honduras sent a message to my sister via wasap stating they are not responsible for this that the authorities in Honduras will be contacting the receiver’s and will have to pay penalties for the items, after I paid all fees here in Miami.
I am considering getting Univision and Inside Edition to investigate Mahomi Cargo in Miami, this is not only showing how irresponsible they are but completely disrespectful to consumers.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DELIVERIES.

I have used mahomi cargo to send things to my family and never have had a complain. I am very happy with this service. I had used for 10 years.

If I can give zero I will. Mahomi cargo is ridiculous please stay away from this company I send a package in December 13,2018 for which I paid $120 to be delivered before Christmas for my family and we are today April 14 ,2019 and my family still waiting for the box .I will report them to police they do not answer the phone simply ridiculous
