We know the current difficulties due to the situation caused by COVID 19 are not easy times but the staff of this location tries in the safest way that all the needs of the clients are normal within the new normality, congratulations team and 5 stars for your office…

Theres long lines but they go by relatively quick.. the staff is very friendly and helpful and also quick to move everyone along.

There is no words to express who rude and awful staff have in this office. They do not give you instructions, they refused to call a manager, they discriminate people and also refused to provide their names because of course I will report how terrible customer service is in this location. I hope some manager will be able to see this review. There is no even stars to give one star is to much.

Gross incompetence. I spent the whole day trying to get my Florida license only to finally reach the counter just for them to say “Oops, the system we use to check out of state licenses is down, sorry! Try again another day.” At least a warning at the start of the waiting process would have been appreciated!

I was done within an hour for a name change. Really simple and nice. Hard to find because it’s inside the mall.
