Manny’s Appliances & Air Conditioners

I bought two AC units from this place. The first one lasted me one year and two months. It stopped working so I checked if it was under warranty but it wasn’t. I asked if he had any AC technician that could check it out. So he sent his son over, two days later. Just to tell me that “it was working fine leave it on 64 degrees and it will start to cool mid day”. 64 degrees? I never had the a/c past 72 degrees. I proceeded to tell him that I had it on 70 degrees the previous two days.To the point that it started releasing a type of burnt smell. He said that the smell is coming from the heater. Who turns on their heater in Miami? He told me he will be back to check it out by the end of the day, never showed. After another two days of waiting, I went back to Manny and told him his last A/C technician stood me up. His excuse he was busy with other clients, but wasn’t I a client as well? I then said “I will pay for the labor just find me another A/C technician and fix the A/C” but at this point I figured the A/C could’nt be fixed so he wasted my time. Be aware of the AC located below the other one I bought is working, had it for 6 months but will update to see what happens.
