I had the pleasure of working with Alipio. From beginning to end he went above my customer service expectations to provide me with information, assist me with the transition of changing my auto insurance since my previous auto insurance moved out of state. Having my previous car insurance move out of state was a little hectic but Alipio worked with me to obtain the information we needed from them. He was so great I even decided to cancel my current homeowners insurance and go with State Farm as well. He was always available and really quick to respond to anything either via phone or email. It would take him no longer than 10 minutes to get back to me if he was on another line. Great customer service highly recommend
