Marcone Supply – Wholesale Only

I ordered a microwave door based on the model/serial #. It came incorrectly. I went to the Marcone Supply Store at 8861 NW 18 Terr. to return it and the young lady that took care of me was sarcastic and rude. She reordered the part which AGAIN was incorrect. You cannot speak to anyone if you call the local # because they are very busy but when you get to the store you see a lot of people walking around not busy at all. Lots of chit chat. Both times I went there were 2 or 3 people. Never again will I shop at this place. Customer Service 800 # are very nice but do not know there products. I was transferred 3 to 4 times and then transferred back and they still gave me the wrong part # the first time around.

I’ve been buying parts in this Marcone for the last 10 years and they’ve been the most reliable dependable and the fastest to supply parts within the next day when they don’t have it in stock and it’s always Factory correct my number one place to buy appliance parts in Doral, I could always count on them.

Big place, and good products all brands. Service is good. If they don’t have the part… most likely they can order it. Prices will vary. Not exactly cheap.

Beautiful clean showroom friendly knowledgeable staff. Why not 5 stars? Huge!! Price difference vs Amazon/eBay & others. Not very competitive at all for the average walk in customer yet contractors with accounts get discount.

On numerous times this appliance supply store has saved the day or we’ll my house and a lot of money.
My refrigerator needed a main board replaced and I was able to fix it within 1 hour after it broke. No online store will fix it that fast. Service is great to. Greeted at the door with 3 friendly reps that identified the part and put me at ease that they had it and verified it with me. Always come here to get it fixed before anywhere else.
