This is my second experience with Marianao Travel and all I can say is they have an amazing stuff, nice and friendly. Ivonne and Mili, thank you for making it easy when I requested to provide a FedEx label to ship my passport back to Chicago etc… I highly recommend this agency!

Marianao Travel Agency is NOT a serious business. If you don’t want to lose your money and time DO NOT travel using this “Agency”. Let me tell you what they do and how they do it. You go there and they sell to you tickets for your flight at one price (really good one you may think, compare with other agencies) you think is a really good offer, then 1 day before your flight, they call you and tell you they have been trying to communicate with you to inform that the flight that you original booked and paid has canceled the flight and that they are so good on what they do, that they put you in another flight BUT you have to PAY a difference cause PRICES HAVE CHANGED, so at that point there is nothing you can really do, your hands are tight cause you are all set and really need to travel and within 1 day there is nothing you can do so you are obligate to pay the difference. This people never called me before, never try to reach me with at least a week ahead of the trip. If they really have contacted me at least 1 week for my travel I will ask for my money back and get another agency and not giving the business to them. This is a SCAM. Why? Cause you got to them because you believe in their initial offer but after what they do, you will end paying even more for your flight than other agencies that didn’t give you any discount on original prices before but at least they wont change it at the very last moment. My advice STAY AWAY! If you are smart enough after reading this review you will do it. They don’t deserve even one star.
