I ordered a 30 L scooter trunk from here online.

It was shipped very quickly, but thanks to United States Postal Service It got lost in the mail.

The folks at MasMotosports were very polite and helpful in getting the issue resolved and getting my product to me.

Overall it was good customer service, And I would not hesitate buying from them again.

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. I was riding through Miami on my Burgman 650 and experienced a tire failure. The Burgman has a difficult-to- find tire, but they found one and were able to install it for me the SAME DAY. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the pricing was competitive (although I would have paid darned near anything to stay on the road). If I lived in Miami this would be my go-to place for service and parts. You are lucky to have them here! I actually hugged the young lady at the desk because she was so helpful to us.

Horrible customer service thru the phone. I can feel the anger and the unwillingness to work thru the phone. Left such a bad impression I would never go there.

This is the place to go when it comes to the Motorcycles, ATV, Scooters. They sell, trade, and rent with really great pricing. I went for a service for my bike and ended buying a great ATV tour with my family.
