Mater Academy is the definition of a second home. Throughout my seven years there, I was given countless opportunities to not only further my education but to further my leadership abilities. Mater Academy has truly been life changing. From 6th grade, now to senior year I have been able to grow as a student and leader. Mater pushes you to reach your full potential with academics and extra curricular activities. I would not be the person that I am today without having come to Mater

I really disliked this school, although I met my best friend there, it was just horrible. Teachers were rude, and I even got bullied by my Algebra 1 teacher. Dress code policy is ridiculously strict, just wearing the wrong socks, jacket or even a shirt without the school’s emblem would get you in deep trouble. I really don’t know how many times I felt like I wasn’t good enough because of that school, i almost fell in depression thanks to it too. I am really glad i left in 10th grade, and since then my GPA is way higher, and I even met better people that actually care about me. This is my last school year and I’m making the most out of it while being able to keep good grades, I don’t regret al all leaving Mater Academy.

hey listen, this school is like a sandwich you get at a gestation in the middle of nowhere at first it is delicious but then over time you start regretting the consumption of the sandwich, but at the time that your body is done processing the sandwich you start to think that “hey that was a kind of good sandwich” this is the same exact feeling as the school, you start off with great thoughts and an open mind but then it gets overwhelming and robust. But at the end of the year you’re glad that you went through the experience of this school and all it had to offer and you’re ready for another year.
