I bought a radiator from this company. I had nothing but trouble from the beginning. I received the radiator and it was broke at the over flow tube. I called this company and they told me they were going to send out a call tag to pick up the damaged part. They did send me a call tag to pick the part up 17 days later. I called several times kept getting the run around. I finally got the call tag from these guys. I got a call about 5 days later from these guys and they said the radiator was damaged and they could not take it back or trade it for another one. I told the guy that I sent it back due to the damaged part. He then told me I should have contacted the shipper. Then he told me he would charge me again to send it back. I ask to speak to the manager for this company. He told me he was not there at that time. I told him I will call back, I asked him what the managers name was he told me it was Pedro. I called back a couple of hours later and asked to speak to Pedro they told me there was no one there by that name. I searched the contact names on the internet and found the owners name to be Moises. I called back and ask to speak to Moises and the guy that answered the phone said this is him. I began to tell him what had happened , He then asked me to hold on. The same guy came back to the phone and said that Moises was in a meeting and would call me back. I gave him my name and number 7 days later still no call back. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!

Easy to find location. I know nothing about radiators, but the guys were able to help me right away. I feel they gave me a good deal plus the warranty is easy to understand. I would love to come back here.
