I came in to the store to look around. I did not have any plans to buy a bed, and I made it clear to my saleswoman Gladys. She maintained her professionalism and upbeat positive attitude. I asked so many questions that I was ready for her to be rude. All my questions where answered very friendly, I kept repeating myself that I was just looking, and she did not change. She was so helpful in all aspect of my visit that I ended buying a mattress close to $1000. Gladys’s upbeat positive attitude made everything so easy.
