McDonald’s

Ok, I am more than patient under these circumstances in today’s society but the service AFTER the order was placed was absolutely horrible. The order was placed correctly, I was asked to park and I did. After 25 mins of waiting, under rain and calling a eternal busy number for 15 of those 25 mins, I get off. It turns out that my order was ‘given’ to someone else. Even the employee that asked me to park and delivered the food, point blank said I gave it to the guy. Here’s the funny part, there was no man in my car, just a female child. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy … The fries were soggy and weren’t even filled, the nuggets must of been under the heating lamp for a while and they forgot one item as well. The manager was pretty much worthless, didn’t even offer an apology … I think I would rather drive to another McDonald’s then to return to this one that is literally, around the corner from my house …

Spacious fast food place with a large playing area. Kids have a good time here.

Get 3 sandwiches and 2 kids meal and every single meal had something wrong. Paid for cheese for two sandwiches the sticker even says add cheese and no cheese! Another sandwich said take off sauce once again sticker even said no sauce and still had sauce on it. We didn’t get milks with both kids meals. Like it’s not that hard to do your JOB! Read the computer screens!!!!

I really want to give this McDonald’s a negative star but I can’t. I want the owner to answer this question. Why do you have a order here screen, Implemented by McDonald’s corporate, you pick your order number and you still have to pick up your own order at the counter. According to my understanding, this new order screen with table numbers, should trigger the McDonald’s employee to deliver your food at your dinner table, not call out your number like a raffle number for you to come and pick up food. Unacceptable.

I love this McDonald they keep it very clean, people that works here are very friendly and helpful. They have a playground for Kids, bathroom available, you can order with the machine or in the register, they have inside sitting only, they have schedule for each day, the place has everything on point. The processing of the food is fast and they have dual drive thru to order your food. They have parking spaces around the area, during lunch time is very busy or random hours. They are near by a gas station and across FIU engineering campus. I highly recommend this McDonald and I hope they keep the same people with good compensations they are doing an extremely great job. I have been on this McDonald since 2010, I missed the outside sitting😭, but improve on the infrastructure are always welcome.
