McDonald’s

This is the most DECEPTIVE McDonalds on earth. In the midst of this pandemic, they decide todsy they are not honoring their specials, which are clearly advertised in their drive thru menu….horrible behavior to the american public in times of hardship!! #shameonyou

I oredered through the app and after waiting for 30 min went to the drive-thru and they told me to wait in the windows. I wasted 30 min more. The store was closed. Why they told me to wait in the window? What lind of service is that? Had to come back the following day to get my money back.

This McDonald’s manager was wearing her mask underneath her chin the whole time and so was the cashier. Then I told her that the mask was for her face and not her chin and she started to lecture me that she had washed her hands. One thing had nothing to do with the other. DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. I ended up throwing away my food due to their lack of safety and cleanliness.

I don’t know what’s the purpose of having a store open 24 hours if they run out of merchandise. Like this store, they easily tell you they don’t have certain things such as ice cream or any desert pass 8:00 pm. It’s happened to me several times. I just don’t think that it’s fear having to make a huge line in the drive thru to leave with nothing.

They NEVER get the Mocha or Iced Mocha right. It’s really annoying having to return it every time and Still get it wrong. Please already learn how to make a freaking MOCHA. It’s my favorite coffee and you have ruined it for me. I’ll add a picture this isn’t how a mocha is supposed to look…
