Mia Flowers

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day through 1-800-FLOWERS. Flowers were provided and delivered by Mia Flowers. Upon delivery, the person informed my mother she should change the water in the vase immediately. My mother flipped when she received the flowers. Water was super dirty, some flowers were burned while others were wilted and dead. A few stems were growing mold from it. The bouquet of flowers should have never left the shop and should have been thrown in the garbage which is what my mother did. I WILL NEVER HAVE MIA FLOWERS PROVIDE ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. They don’t even deserve the one star on this review! Pure trash!

I had a great experience with this company. Flower arrangements were beautiful and arrived earlier than expected. Customer service was great; they went above and beyond to achieve perfection.

I order mothers day flowers through 1800flowers. I received them today Thursday which is clearly not mothers day and when I called Mia Flowers to ask what happened the man on the whole had a lot of attitude. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence and spoke to me as if I was a child. HORRIBLE service. The flowers were also not what I ordered on the website it showed lively beautiful flowers in a basket with a ribbon and a butterfly clipped on. I received half dead flowers in a different basket with no accessories. This is insulting. Not worth the money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Beautiful flowers…exceptionally lovely arrangement. After 10 days, 90% of the flowers are as fresh as the day they were delivered. Recommend wholeheartedly!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large arrangement 2 days before Valentine’s Day 2019 through 1800Flowers and they sent the order to be arranged by Mia Flowers. The arrangement with delivery and service fees was $145.00 so I’m expecting something close to what 1800Flowers has pictured, which I included in the pictures. My wife received an arrangement not nearly the size of a small arrangement and it appeared to be put together by a preschooler. I understand that this is a very busy time for florist but with a 2 day advance purchase I expected something close to the picture on 1800Flower’s website. The flowers were also not fresh. After 3 days the roses wilted. The good news is that after 5 calls to 1800flower’s call center in Manila/India/Pick a country that is not the USA, I finally received a full refund. I usually order flowers for my wife twice a year and this is the first time they use Mia Flowers. As a result of this bad experience I will not be using 1800Flowers again as I do not have control of who the local florist will be plus the hassle and time wasted getting the issue resolved is not worth the effort. You either provide consistent service or you lose my business. I like to support small businesses when I can but I also do not like to be ripped off by not getting what I paid for. To their credit they did deliver on time so at least they have that going for them. So the pictures from left to right: 1) What I ordered, 2) What was delivered, 3) After 3 days
